nice build your doing there!
im not sure how you will be starting your engines, will you be using the pull starters or setting up an electric starter??
i have the same engine in a tunnel cat and to save yourself stress down the track put some decent starter cord in them.
the stuff thats in them will break very quickly as i found out.
these motors have very high compression and are a bugger to start. id wished id bought a zenoah instead.

I installed mine in an Enforcer mono hull, so I could get some run time on them first... If you plug the carb with your finger and pull real slow until it is REALLY wet, then give 1/4 throttle and yank hard one time. Mine starts on the first pull just about every time after I figured this out!!!
And does it without yanking the boat up off the stand!! Hope this helps!! :woohoo: There's an article on here I read, is where I learned that trick..and it works like a charm!!!

Thanks Ozman... It took me as long to do the 2 hatches as it did to build the whole boat!!!
But it was well worth it to my opinion!!!

Thanks Woodie... The one thing I'm not lacking in is imagination :silly: And when I can get things to turn out like I can see them in my mind, I'm usually pretty satisfied with the results!!!
It's like we've all been telling you on your Cig... just have to take your time, work and rework until ya get it like ya want it!!! Your update pics are very impressive as well... I'm to point now, I don't care whos boat is faster, I just want to see how both of these BEAST are going to perform!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to quit pickin at ya, but after seeing your latest pics, I have a raised level of respect for you!!!
So don't let your guard down and give me an opening or I'm gonna get ya !!!
