Hi Oz,
Yeah, that's great mate, how is the weight going? :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: Not yours the craft. As Colin Chapman of Lotus fame used to say "We have to build the lightness into the structure." I think you get my drift. If you have something that looks like your on the right track ya gotta build the lightness into it, you know power to weight etc. ;)

Hi Oz.

Your project looks really interesting.
What sort of foam are you using (precise name), and what sort of cloth and glue do you plan to use?
Is'nt it a problem with foam inside the hull, considering the heat from engine and exhaust?

Cheers! :cheer:

Will get you a name as soon as I know! ;)
I have surfboard cloth(free) and will be using polyester resin!
The foam will be removed once covered leaving a shell much like a purchased hull!
Hope that helps mate!

Hey Ozzie!!!

You got it all wrong, and I think you do it just to get me out of the chair.
So I have to correct you about the "skinning thing".
Isuzu is building a KILLER KAT.
But I, however is building something even worse: A KAT KILLER!!! :woohoo:

So where can I sell the skin from a KILLED KAT when time comes? Huh? B)

Cheers! :cheer:
