I really have to thank all you guys for all your input and ideas! 
Keeping my brain crunching over all the time! :laugh:
Hopefully wont be too much longer on this one, maybe a couple of weeks till it is ready for some float tests.

I recut the rear of the sponsons and started blending the deck down to the transom!
Now I like the sponson shape!

don't forget to build the lower trailing edges (rear) of the front sponsons.

Dont worry Im on to it, just deciding on wether to try a new sponson design or go with a simple shape like the riggers etc. :huh:
Got some cloth yesterday so covering wont be a problem now.
I will be using light ply where I can, rear deck, rear sides, sponson insides etc.
Then cover the whole thing and blend all the foam to the timber!

Yeah Im looking foreward to the test runs for sure! 
Would be nice to set it up with a proper rc marine engine, may have to find a cheap Zen and pipe!
