yes, that is the strut. Tha shaft I gave you is a short one. But there are also longer ones what might be better for the longer carbon strut. Just let me know if you need anything.
And be sure i want one of these twin riggers!

Thanks I'm looking forward to seeing it when it's all done up and running!

It did turn out pretty light, but let me say I built it very strong nonetheless. Been learning stuff as I build more and more of these riggers. The carbon for example makes the tub so stiff it's amazing. Ties in the side to the bottom too. The entire top sheeting is pinned. The transom is pinned and CF reinforced. Every single glue joint on the boat is West System Epoxy or T-88 structural epoxy. Takes a lot longer to build but in the end it makes for better boats.
