Chris, it's very good to see the one proposal failed and I hope, miserably. You wife has done a great job in the office so it shouldn't have mattered if she is married to the IMPBA Prez or not. As a secretary she has no voting rights or other power. Kevin told me that she can't even sign a check. I think that I've only seen her once at a race and that was a long time ago.
It does show though that not every proposal that comes up in front of the IMPBA or NAMBA membership for that matter needs to be passed.
