My 48 inch Weedy

Hello everyone. I just wanted to post my project for the world to see. Im making the 48 inch V hull whose plans are under resources in this website. I have so far built the hull and painted it. I ordered all the hardware and the engine is coming and should be here this week! its a 31cc ryobi with clutch. Il post a pic that the seller sent me. It looks great but can imagine i will need some help with the mounting once it comes. I will attempt on putting a remote activated electric start but i have to see. Also individual servo adjusted trim tabs like this guy.



I just bought some 3.5 inch door hinges and they seem a little big but will work. I am assuming that trim tabs being too big on the boat will have no major effect on the performance of the boat? I have a 7 channel futaba that i got for like $30 off ebay and still have a couple of things that i could control on the boat. Any ideas that would make it cool?
