Made the prop adapter today in at the hanger, the front plate sleeves over the centre shaft and has 4 press fit monel steel pins which pass through the holes already in the prop and locate in the backing plate part of the adapter. Also put a recessed grub screw in the adapter as this one is mounted on the pull start side of the 30cc POPE so I can run it in Pusher mode with normal Puller props.

Awwwww! Your little engine is sooooo cute!

Isuzus words could be mine.
This has to be a powerful boat with an engine like that!
Please let us see it run on the lake!

Cheers! :cheer:

Thanks again guys!

'Isuzudude' Will we see an Airboat in your future?

'Woodie' Dont worry mate, you will probably get sick of test vids. Plenty of speed records etc. to be set with these boats still. ;)

Will swap to a 16X6 prop when I can pick one up, from asking around I will get better rpm+thrust from it.
Really need a GPS for when its all ready and on the water aswell.

Well the big block bug got me again!lol
50cc Kawasaki with CDI, thanks to 'Isuzudude' for the CDI upgrade! ;) Finally found a good use for it.
Didnt have to change anything on the mount as it bolted straight in, have also now reversed the starter from the 50cc so it can still be pull started in pusher mode.

Also got a coat of Green on the old one to clean it up.
