Thanks Marc! This one came out pretty good though I'll never use this particular material again. It was 12oz cloth and didn't want to bend around corners well at all. I think some of the lighter kevlar/carbon fabrics will work better. This hull came out at just over 8 lbs.

Got another boat out of the molds and assembled. He wanted 2 cowls, the tall and short. Hull with engine tray and cowl came in at 7.6 lbs. 55.5 x 24 inches. I'm still hand laying the cowls and I'm still not perfect on those so there was a little filler there to smooth it out.
