Flywheel interchange

Are the flywheels on the RCMK 26,30 and 520/600 and the Zenoahs interchangeable? Thanks You.

For the 26er's they are not sure with the others.

As far as the taper angle used, they would be the same. However, the size of the taper may not be the same which would place the flywheel in a different location. The flywheels I machine fit Zenoah, RCMK & TK crankshafts. They all have exactly the same taper!

The S254EVO 26 and 27 flywheel and the K30S flywheels will interchange with the Zenoah flywheel.

The R254 and the RZ-254EVO or RZ-K30 are different and will not work because of the timing key location.

Neither the Zenoah nor the RCMK R, S, SX, or RZ flywheel will work on the 520/600 as they also have different key locations.

The stock Zenoah flywheel also will not fit on the RCMK SX billet cases as the backside will hit the timing plate. If the backside is machined it can be made to work.
