Scott,

In the supplement, you sand down the Zenoah spacers to get the right tollerance on the wrist pin, would it be worth while milling the inside of the piston on a mill instead of sanding down the spacers?

ONLY if you can do so having the surface you mill PERFECTLY square with pins bore and keeping rod centered between boss's.
Frankly 5 minuets of sanding on thrust washers is easier :P

Need some adivise : have a 26cc crrpro engine marine i buy a rcmk kit head complet with head and piston .I m going to have major problems or its easy?

Youve got the whole kit so as long as the cyl. bolt pattern is the same, stroke etc. it shouldnt be a problem.
One of the engine gurus on here will set you on the right path! ;)
